Location
Budaörs is the first town outside the city on the western motorways. The M1 to Győr and Vienna and the M7 to Lake Balaton run together past the town, and the M0 ring road joins them just beyond. The town's shopping and business zone along main road 1 and the motorway, with large retail parks, gives tenants services on the doorstep. The city centre is about 12 km away.

Most space is in the BITEP industrial and technology park (Gyár utca), a 60-hectare park on former factory sites, with internal streets, a gatehouse and security cameras. Its buildings combine halls and offices; examples are Log1, Log2 and the ARES logistics centre. Elsewhere in the town are the Antana Business Park on Károly Király út and LogStar Park Budaörs on Iparos utca.
