Two kinds of space
By the M0. Login Business Park on Ezred utca, at the Pest end of the Megyeri bridge, is the district's modern logistics park: Class A halls with dock doors, offices and showrooms, next to the Auchan and Decathlon retail park. Via the M0 it reaches the M2, M3 and, across the bridge, road 11 into north Buda. LogStar Park Megyeri on Megyeri út and the ARES Raktárbázis in the Újpest industrial park on Almakerék utca also offer Class A space nearby.
In town. The rest of the stock is Class B: former industrial buildings on Váci út, Fóti út and Kiss Ernő utca, such as the Litliner Raktárbázis and the P+P Kereskedőház Újpest. These suit wholesalers, workshops and e-commerce businesses that need cheap space close to Budapest's northern residential districts. Units can be very small, from about 10 m² of storage up to several thousand square metres.

Access
- The M0 ring road runs along the district's northern edge, with the Megyeri bridge to Buda. Váci út leads north towards Dunakeszi, Vác and the M2.
- Váci út runs south into the centre, so a van can reach the inner districts without going near the ring.
- The M3 metro ends at Újpest-központ, and buses link the stations with the industrial streets: useful for warehouse staff.
