CTPark Budapest West is a modern warehouse and distribution center with a building complex of 330,000 square meters. Ideal for storage, distribution, cross-docking and other value-added operations for ambient, temperature-controlled, refrigerated, tempered or frozen goods, while there is a possibility to make customized designs, that meet special needs.

The park’s newest building – BDPW10 – has 27.000 square meters of lettable warehouse space in the area. It's only 2 kms from the M1 motorway and it will be handed over in the last quarter of 2025.

This warehouse was designed in a true 21st century spirit for the operators of the dynamic market. The property has an outstandingly favorable, strategic location in terms of both trade and logistics, and the close proximity of the M0 ring road, the M1, M6 and M7 motorways and Budapest make it easily accessible.
