Hello, we are looking for a logistics property / warehouse in the area of Eger (Hungary). We need 10,000 sqm for a warehouse with aircraft parts. The ceiling height should be approx. 10m. Goods are delivered by truck (side unloading). The hall should be rented from the middle of next year. Not a must-have advantage: - Small office for up to 10 employees - Parking for 15 cars - Floor loading capacity for high shelves - Hall with heating Kind regards
