We are looking for a warehouse for rent from January 2020

Our customer would need a storage space near the M5 or M3 or M1 motorway for rent. January 1, 2020 or max. Q1 2020 would be needed. It would be a metal structure for windows and doors. Further details: - total planned future volume: approx. 12,000 pallet locations - these are approx. 60-70% of the standard EURO palette, 30-40% of the long palette. - the standard EURO pallet is 80cm120cm. The long palette is approx. 3 standard pallets side by side, approx. 240cm120cm. - not only pallet handling on site, but also manufacture and assembly of metal structures for doors and windows, - low level of automation, - forwarding, transportation is not yet a priority. Since time is a critical factor, could we get a preliminary quote from you in English or German for at least roughly € / m2 and where is the spare capacity? Thank you in advance for your feedback.
