Hello,
We are an Italian company with over 30 years of experience in logistics and customs operations.
We are evaluating the lease of a warehouse facility in the Budapest Airport (BUD) area and would like to check availability for a unit of at least 1,500–2,000 sqm, ideally close to the airport or with fast access to the main road network (M0/M4).
The intended use is high-volume e-commerce flows originating from China, therefore we require:
- handling and storage for small parcels (high number of packages);
-suitable areas for customs-related operations and large-scale clearance processes (import/export);
- possibility to set up operational workstations and offices (if available);
- truck/van access and continuous operations.
In recent years, we have been managing large-scale import operations on behalf of Poste Italiane, handling massive volumes of small shipments for major global e-commerce operators (e.g., TEMU, SHEIN, AliExpress, etc.). We currently also provide customs clearance services for other European countries in the CEE region.
Could you please share:
- current or upcoming availability (timeline) for units ≥ 1,500–2,000 sqm near BUD;
- key technical specifications (clear height, loading docks, floor load, utilities, HVAC, security);
- indicative rent and service charge, lease terms (minimum lease, deposit, indexation);
- office space and outdoor areas (parking, truck yard/manoeuvring);
- possibility to arrange a site visit and receive floor plans/photos.
