locate a new operative plant in Hungary

Our company, based in Italy, is working for over four decades in the field of management and recovering second hand clothing employing a working force of over 300 workers. We are going to expand our business abroad and to locate a new operative plant in Hungary and this is the reason why I am writing to you: we need to rent a warehouse. Please, consider as general target needs from 7,000 up to 10,000 square meters of which around 200 square meters for the offices and also some space with the necessary equipment to host around 150 workers (ie toilets, mess hall, etc…).
