The transactions include:

•    106,000 square metre renewal and 31,000 square metre expansion at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny with DHL, an international logistics services provider;

•    9,760 square metre renewal and 5,800 square metre expansion at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny with LGI,
an international logistics services provider. The 108 real estate agency acted as the broker in the transaction.

Prologis Park Prague-Jirny is a state-of-the-art distribution park, currently comprising 266,000 square metres of distribution space with an additional 28,830 square metre build-to-suit facility under construction for Globus. The park is located 8 kilometres east of the Prague city border with direct access to the D11 motorway, enabling efficient distribution to local markets and onto neighbouring countries.
