Mosonmagyaróvár is a strategically important location on one of Europe's key transport corridors. Situated in the immediate vicinity of the M1 motorway, close to the Austrian-Hungarian-Slovak border, Panattoni Park Moson occupies a location that provides an ideal base for regional and international distribution operations. With the completion of the approximately 24,000 sq m second building, the development has entered a new phase, further strengthening the region's role in Central European supply chains.
Together, the two modern logistics halls at Panattoni Park Moson provide almost 51,000 sq m of logistics and warehouse space. Following the first building, which comprises nearly 27,000 sq m, the second hall received its occupancy permit in August. A distinctive feature of the investment is the record speed at which the second phase was delivered: it was completed in approximately six months, aided by favourable weather conditions and carefully prepared technical scheduling.
The development's entire current capacity is occupied by the international logistics service provider FIEGE. The company originally signed a lease for nearly 18,000 sq m in the first hall, then gradually expanded its presence in response to growing business needs and new contracts. Panattoni Park Moson has now become a key hub for FIEGE's logistics operations in Western Hungary, supporting the company's regional distribution and supply chain processes over the long term.
The development of Panattoni Park Moson demonstrates the continued strong demand in the logistics market for exceptional locations and state-of-the-art technical specifications. The sustained market interest in the project and its surroundings confirms the region's long-term role in serving international supply chains and advancing the logistics infrastructure of Western Hungary.
During the design and construction of Panattoni Park Moson, a key priority was to ensure that its modern technical solutions would support energy-efficient and environmentally responsible operations over the long term. The second building is also targeting the internationally recognised BREEAM 'Excellent' rating, with the certification process currently under way. The investment thus combines high technical standards with a responsible approach to development and long-term value creation.
"The completion of the second hall marks an important milestone in the development of Panattoni Park Moson. From the outset, our goal was to create a modern, sustainable and exceptionally well-located logistics hub capable of meeting the needs of international supply chains over the long term. The proximity of the tri-border area, direct access to the M1 motorway and high technical standards together provide a competitive advantage that is particularly valuable to international logistics operators," said László Kemenes, Managing Director of Panattoni Hungary.
"The development of Panattoni Park Moson is an important step in expanding our capacity in Western Hungary. Our plans for the first hall grew further while the development was already under way, and our new contracts made it clear that we would also need the second building. Together, the two halls provide us with a modern, strategically located base that effectively supports our regional distribution and supply chain processes," said Gergely Hepp, Managing Director of FIEGE Group's SEE region.
The investment, valued at approximately HUF 10 billion, is financed by the Recorde Panattoni RPM Ingatlanfejlesztő Ingatlanbefektetési Alap, which is managed by Recorde Alapkezelő Zrt., the real estate fund management subsidiary of the Concorde Group.
"With the handover of the second building, we have brought another successful development to completion. Panattoni Park Moson clearly demonstrates the value that can be created when professional real estate development and investment expertise is matched with strong, long-term occupier demand. The full occupancy of the park and the project's strategic attributes both confirm the sound rationale for well-structured industrial real estate investments of this kind," added Gábor Kutas, founder and CEO of Recorde Alapkezelő.
The second building was constructed by Goldbeck Hungária Kft.

About Panattoni Hungary
The company has operated in Hungary through its own subsidiary since 2021. In 2023, it successfully completed its first logistics development in the country, Panattoni City Dock Törökbálint, developed in line with the 'last-mile' urban logistics concept and awarded a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating shortly thereafter. Despite its relatively short history in Hungary, the company has already successfully delivered several category-defining investments. On behalf of German automotive supplier ZF Chassis Modules, it completed two build-to-suit facilities in Kecskemét and Debrecen in 2024 and 2025, offering a combined 30,000 sq m and developed to meet the requirements of a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating. In 2025, it handed over a state-of-the-art, 32,000 sq m logistics centre in Üllő, also developed on a build-to-suit basis, for Rossmann. The first building at Panattoni Park Moson, comprising nearly 28,000 sq m, was handed over in the first quarter of 2026. Panattoni Hungary is currently preparing a number of speculative and build-to-suit developments.
