The bridge and why it matters

Opened in 2008, the Megyeri bridge is the northern Danube crossing of the M0, the motorway ring around Budapest. It spans the main river and Szentendre Island, where it has no exit because the island supplies much of the capital's drinking water. On the Buda side the M0 ends and traffic joins road 11 towards Szentendre and the Danube Bend. The bridge took much of the lorry traffic that used to cross the city's inner bridges.

For a warehouse tenant that means: a site near its Pest end can serve Újpest, north Buda, Óbuda and Szentendre as well as the M2, the M3 and the rest of the ring.
