A suburban district with a working edge
Rákosmente is made up of former villages (Rákoskeresztúr, Rákoshegy, Rákoskert, Rákosliget, Rákoscsaba) and is mostly residential. Industry sits in a few pockets: along the outer Pesti út, around Összekötő utca in Rákoskeresztúr and near the M0, which forms the district's eastern boundary.
Warehouse space to let is limited and mainly Class B:
- Pi Logisztikai Center on Összekötő utca, the district's largest warehouse base;
- Mesterek háza, also on Összekötő utca, with smaller units for trades and workshops;
- a standalone warehouse on Lokátor utca, offered to let or for sale.

Access
- Pesti út (road 31) has its own junction with the M0, which leads south towards the airport side of the city and the M5, and north to the M3.
- Towards the city, Pesti út becomes Jászberényi út through Kőbánya, and Kőbányai út continues from Élessarok to the Hungária körút ring road.
- Road 31 continues east to Maglód, Nagykáta and Jászberény.
- Express buses such as 97E and 202E serve the area for staff.
Who it suits
Rákosmente works for regional distributors covering east Pest and the eastern suburbs, trade and installation companies, and businesses that want a site on the M0 without paying for a modern logistics park. For larger Class A halls nearby, compare the parks just over the boundary in Maglód and Ecser, or the Pest market as a whole.
