I am looking for a ground floor warehouse. What I need: – 75–150 m² ground floor, heated or heatable warehouse, with its own electricity – In addition to storage, the room would also be used for packaging work (shelving system, packaging tables) – One courier service (GLS) stop per day to pick up approx. 60-70 packages, and occasionally a larger, palletized incoming shipment.
