On behalf of our company, I am interested in renting a warehouse space. Our requirements are as follows: • Area: approx. 80–150 m² (ideally around 100 m²) • Heating/temperature control is not required, a simple, dry storage is sufficient • It is important that it can be loaded from a truck level (level gate, min. 3x3 m), also suitable without a dock • Location: Biatorbágy and its surroundings (Törökbálint, Budaörs, Herceghalom are also possible) • Rental period: we are planning for the long term, but I am also interested in a shorter start Thank you.
