Required parameters: - warehouse floor area: 350-500 m2 - cleaner office-like part: at least 75 m2 - own toilet (kitchen utensils are not required) - use of shop equipment or electronic devices - no truck access without permission - possibly Budaors, Budaörs, Törökbálint (perhaps Vecsés) - should be used as a forklift truck and fence - it is sufficient if the office space can be heated - 24-hour reception service (guard service advantage) - industrial current if only electric forklifts are permitted
