Complex logistics services and office rental

We are looking for a new location for our company (with complex logistics services and an office) in the vicinity of the M0 ring road, in the eastern and southern sectors of Pest (the section between Fót and Dunaharaszti would be interesting for us). The following are our ideas: Complex logistics services: Storage and handling of approximately 200 pallets (220 x 120 x 100 cm, 1000-1500 kg/pc), storage and retrieval by forklift, based on instructions sent by us, 2 inventories per year (jointly). We do not have our own logistics machinery and warehouse workforce. Office rental: One room with a workstation for 4-6 people, and another room with a main workstation and as a meeting location (6-8 people). The meeting room can also be used as a shared rented meeting room. Shared use of a scanner, printer and refrigerator would be a great help for us. Our budget for the full operation of the site (warehouse and office) is 1.2-1.4 million HUF per month. We would also need 4-5 parking spaces at the site permanently during working hours, and 2 additional parking spaces occasionally (for our guests).
