We are looking for a warehouse/office center for our webshop.

It is important for us that - the temperature does not fall below 15C in colder months - the room has adequate lighting - there should be at least 4m of interior height due to the scaffolding - there should be a ground floor entrance gate so that we can load and unload cars smaller than trucks - truck deliveries should not cause any problems (2-3 times a month) - there should be parking for at least 4 vehicles We would like to rent an office next to it, which does not necessarily have to be located inside the warehouse. We would like to take over the warehouse this year, preferably as soon as possible.
