Our company would purchase or rent real estate for the purposes of the following considerations: 1. Location: along the M1-M7 motorways near Budapest, near M0 motorway between Törökbálint and Szigetszentmiklós 2nd plot approx. 3,000 to 4,000 m² (planned sizes: warehouse about 1000 sqm, office space - 70-100 sqm) 3. Ideal case if an office building is already available 4. Another advantage would be if a smaller warehouse (non-hazardous materials) The warehouse for storing the 5th dangerous substance (chemicals, resins, gels, etc.) already available can be self-built on the property If you have the property that meets the above specifications or can help find the right one please let me know.
