We are looking for 7000-8000m2 net warehouse space, first round for 3 years. If there is a larger floor area / m2 / m2, then the basic requirements for the warehouse are: • a storage room (one space or one of the other openings) • a useful floor height: 10 meters • minimum 8 loading gates - leveling ramp and dock aid - a scissor lift ramp. If there is not, at least one ramp gate for small car loading • Possibility of installing a series of heavy duty racks (advantage if the warehouse is already stacked) • Sprinkler system • Heated / tempered • Lighted LED or energy-saving • RF functionality requires wifi coverage if there is not an optional offer for the construction or permission of the tenant) • warehouse office space is 2x 25-35m2 • cloakroom / dining room / WC for 20-22 persons - in the season (October to December this number increases for 40-50 persons per shift) • 24 storage rooms and warehouse camera system • parking spaces 20 cars 2 small 1.5-liter vans optional • office and showroom depending on where the warehouse is located cca 650m2 office and 250m2 presentation room • Customer service office 30 m2- direct warehouse and "client side "Contacted depending on where the warehouse is located.
