Parameters of warehouse required: Target areas: Bp 9,10,11,19,20,22,23. - About 80 m2 - Ground floor - Forklift / Forklift (if forklift rentals would be ideal) - Unheated enough but heated can be good (high ceiling height but not a criterion) - Two parking spaces for two company vans our own cars would be in place during the day. In the long run, we are looking for real estate next to the main road with a semi-trailer truck, unrestricted in weight, that: - is not built specifically for business purposes (eg family house) but has already been made suitable for: - street / office space in the house , and the rear building (s) are suitable for storage (forklift, frogging) -m2 I did not intentionally write because we are not primary or ready to compromise Thanks: Gubucz-Sombor Béla
