I am looking for 30 square meters of rentable space in a warehouse, for storing parcels, they do not require refrigeration or heating, they are not considered hazardous materials. We would sign a contract for 1 year, we would place a total of 250 boxes 5-6 times every 1-2 months, which can sometimes weigh up to 60-70 kilos, and then we would load them into a container, so location and accessibility within the building are important, it is best if there is a ramp
