Our company is looking for an industrial hall in the Budapest area for our project starting in June. Basic requirements: 1000m2 production space (min. 3m interior height) 2500m2 warehouse (min. 8m interior height) Min. 1600kva transformer station (1000kw power requirement) 2 truck docks Lease from April or May 2023 Advantages: There is an ESD floor in the production area There is air treatment in the production area, tempering, air conditioning, etc. close to the Csepel railway loading yard, can be expanded (the demand for space would double on an annual basis) Offer request: price per square meter Electricity cost (EUR or HUF/kWh) I am waiting for your offers.
