We are looking for a long-term, reliable logistics partner to continue our company's activities. We are looking for a property / rental area that meets the following parameters along the northern or northeastern section of the M0 motorway (especially Budakalász, Kistarcsa (not further away) and their immediate catchment area): Our main technical and territorial requirements: • Warehouse area: A continuous area of 600 – 800 m² • Warehouse type: An industrial hall with adequate interior height and floor load capacity that can be well furnished with a high shelving system, no heating required • Associated office area: 150 – 200 m² (preferably a social block and office directly connected to the warehouse or on the same site) • Accessibility: A location that is easily accessible by truck (over 3.5 tons), and that can be managed logistically Financial framework and conditions: • Rental fee framework: Maximum gross 1,500,000 HUF - 2,500,000 HUF / month (which amount must include the in addition to the rental fee, any operating/service fees). • Planned rental period: Minimum 3–5 years fixed term.
