Please send me a quotation, including the cost of the rent, if there is a free warehouse that meets the following specifications: - Size: 1200-1300 m2 (max 1500m2) - Expansion option: ~ 500m2 - Store 1 store high, ceiling height max 5-6m - We would only stay there for occasional work. Depot activity - Distance to max. 30 km or. max. 30 minutes drive from our site: 1238 Budapest, Helsinki út 105. - Rental period: 18 months with annual extension option - Separate, lockable, separate entrance area - Tempered temperature - Lighting - Ramp - Wide gate: 3.5m - Suitable concrete substrate . Work with a pedestrian stacker. - Built-in industrial power - Small office space + recirculation (or common toilets available on site) - Without scaffolding system (or only partially dismantled, along the walls) - storing non-standard scales on the ground - Security-protected site - Existing building insurance - Forklift truck or forklift + forklift rental option - Lease start: immediately, but no later than 1 June
