I am looking for a warehouse and office near Érd

We are looking for a warehouse space that can be rented together with an office. Currently, 25-30 people work in the office, each with their own desk. We would like the office to have a dining room/kitchen and a bathroom with separate male and female toilets. It is important that we also need a larger meeting room that can accommodate approx. 50 people. Our warehouse is currently approx. 1000 sqm, but I think we could fit in a smaller place. We are looking for a rental opportunity in and around Érd, near the highway. We are currently in Érd, and we would like to move from there to the area.
