Big-box space at the airport
Üllő lies just south-east of the airport. The M0 ring road links it with every motorway around Budapest, and the M4 heads east towards Cegléd. The town also has a station on the Budapest–Cegléd railway line, which helps shift workers from the eastern suburbs.
The logistics zone holds two large parks:
- CTPark Budapest East on Zöldmező utca, a complex of about 200 000 m² across several halls, with energy-efficient buildings. Units start at about 3 200 m².
- VGP Park Budapest Aerozone, on the border with Vecsés right next to the airport, with about 125 000 m² planned. Its first hall was built for a robotised warehouse operation, and a second phase, Aerozone 2, was launched in 2026, with new buildings aimed at BREEAM "Excellent" or better.
A separate industrial building of about 25 000 m² on Zsaróka út suits a single user.
