Innovinia has completed construction of the industrial-logistical facility at IGPark Nyíregyháza. Recognized with the prestigious "Warehouse Rental Transaction of the Year" award, the premium-category facility comprises a nearly 31,000 sqm, fully customized, Built-to-Suit (BTS) light industrial manufacturing unit, which has already been taken over by the tenant, the automotive producer, CAIP.
