Commercial real estate investment across the CEE-6 markets reached EUR 5.8 billion in the first half of 2026, marking a significant improvement on recent years and confirming that investor confidence is returning to the region. However, this is not a broad-based recovery. Capital is flowing selectively towards assets offering resilient income, strong ESG performance and long-term relevance in a changing economic environment.
