We are looking for a warehouse for a nationwide automotive wholesaler, primarily in the northern agglomeration of Budapest, in the Dunakeszi, Fót, Göd area (M0/M2/M3 junction). Alternatively, other locations around M0 could be considered. Please let us know if you have free space that meets the following parameters, or make an offer: Warehouse: 1,000–1,500 m², of which approx. 300 m² can be separated and later converted into an independent fire section (for the permitted storage of flammable liquids); interior height min. 8 m; floor load min. 5 t/m² Heated space (above +5 °C in winter); sprinkler and fire alarm advantage; at least 2 docks or level gates, daily courier pickup and 4–6 truck pickups per month Office: 150–250 m² for 15–17 people, on the same site as the warehouse, 8–10 parking spaces Usage: shelf-based piece goods picking (approx. 2,700 items, approx. 250 pallets of stock), 60–70 outbound shipments per day Possession: from December 1, 2026, term 3–5 years, with expansion option If you do not have office space, we would like to request a separate offer for the warehouse. We are also interested in parks with larger units: if the advertised minimum floor area exceeds our requirements, please let us know.
