Dear Advertiser I would like to inquire about renting the storage space you are advertising. I am looking for an empty storage space with an area of approx. 40–80 m² for the long term. It is important to me that the space is in a relatively quiet, undisturbed environment, as I would not use it for classic storage purposes. I would use the space for training dogs in nose work. This is a calm, controlled activity, and does not involve loud or disruptive operations. Briefly about the use: one session lasts 1–1.5 hours, a maximum of 4 dogs participate in a group, not puppies, but trained, controlled dogs, training would take place a maximum of 2 days a week, arrivals would be scheduled (approx. 1–2 people every 30 minutes). It is important to me that: the room should be empty (can be freely furnished), a bathroom (WC, washbasin) is not a requirement, but if there is one, it is an advantage, an open-plan room is perfect, but I am also open to multiple rooms. If there is an opportunity to rent a smaller area between 40–80 m², or a unit that can be separated from a larger space, please let me know.
