Due to the constantly growing customer needs, we are looking for a warehouse and an office based on the following parameters: 1. Office size: min. ~ 30 m2. 2. It does not necessarily have to be a furnished office, but it should be air-conditioned and heated. 3. Warehouse size: ~ 400-1000 m2. 4. It is important to have a forklift for rent at the site, because we want to handle 3-4 ton cable drums. And for the small material, we will need to design a shelving system. 5. If the size of the rentable premises can be further expanded at a later date, the added advantage. 6. Start of rental: March - April 2022. 7. We are thinking of long term rental. 8. Preferred localization: the Pest side of Budapest, or the section of the M0 ring road between M6 and M3. I look forward to your offer. Thanks.
