As a corporate tenant (Ltd.), we are looking for 150–250 m² of continuous, column-free or column-less space for the long term (3–5 years), for the purpose of a sports studio. Quiet activity: group training for a few hours a day, no loud music, no weight-lifting. Requirements: approx. 3 m ceiling height, possibility of creating a bathroom/changing room or existing sanitary facilities, separate entrance, possibility of sub-metering. I am interested in a hall, warehouse, former industrial area, ground floor space.
