We are looking for a dry, heated, preferably ground-floor storage space for 12 months, starting on 01.01.2027. We would deliver goods in/out by truck 4–8 times a year. Please provide the following: - the current exact fee, as well as the operating fee and the transferred overheads, all in net HUF - deposit, minimum rental period (advertised 3 months) and notice period - heating/humidity, ground floor or ramp, door height and width, interior height (min. 3 m) - opening hours/entry times, use of forklift or hand lift, security - free capacity and entry time.
