For one of our global clients we are about to initiate a logistics project in Hungary. Currently, we are looking for an A + logistic warehouse for rent in western part of the Hungary, Budapest included. The criteria that we are looking for for this rental warehouse are as follows; - Warehouse space apx. 5.000 m2 - 10.000 m2. - Can be dedicated or shared facility - Around 6 warehouse docks - Height 8m + - With our free rack installed - Preferably new or recently renovated - Contract term: 3 years We would appreciate your help on finding a suitable warehouse.
