Location
Nagytarcsa borders Budapest's District 16. The M31, opened in 2010, links the eastern M0 with the M3 motorway towards Miskolc and Debrecen, and the village has two exits on the M0. That gives quick access to the M3 eastwards and, around the M0, to the airport, the M4 and the M5. The village's industrial parks lie right beside the motorways.

Who it suits
Wholesalers, building-material and electrical distributors, service companies with vans and small manufacturers that want a modern hall near the city without the size of a big-box park. For larger buildings in the same corridor, see Fót by the M0/M3 junction and Kistarcsa. Inside the city, compare District 16 and the area by the M3 link road.
