AIRPORT CITY aims to attract domestic and international logistics, transportation, manufacturing, and trading companies to which the proximity of the Ferenc Liszt International Airport and the M0 motorway as well as the easy access to the city center and the availability of full customs services within the Park are equally important.
The logistics park is situated close to the intersection of the airport expressway and Üllői út, five minutes from both terminals of the Ferenc Liszt Airport, and in the immediate proximity of the M0 motorway.
The nine-building complex, which will satisfy the most advanced customer demands will be completed in several phases. In each building, in addition to warehouse and manufacturing-maintenance functions, the development of office spaces are also available in accordance with tenant requirements.
Building ‘C’ built in the first phase was leased out in record time. Building ‘D’ built in the second phase was opened in January 2009. It offers 3770 m2 ready-to-lease warehouse area and 600 m2 office space. 15 December 2008 1. Airport Customs Offices has started to operate in Airport City. The Office is open on weekdays between 08.00-18.00 and offers customs services.
