Euronics, electronics and appliances retailer, has signed a contract for nearly 28.000 sqm of warehouse space in CTP's CTPark Budapest East industrial park in Üllő, Hungary. Euronics will develop a fully automated warehouse right next to Lenovo's first European factory, and the building is scheduled to start operations in early 2022.

CTP has significantly expanded its portfolio both across the region and in Hungary in recent years. In response to brisk local demand, the company plans to prepare speculative developments of premium industrial space totalling 150,000 m2 in the Hungarian market in 2020. These projects will affect nearly all the industrial parks of local CTP.

CTP is significantly expanding activities on the Hungarian market. The company announced two new land acquisitions in strategic locations. The first plot of land is located in Biatorbágy and the second is near to Dunaharaszti, which is one of CTP’s newest locations. These acquisitions are a result of CTP’s expansion plan, which will increase the value of assets owned by the group in Hungary from EUR 250 million to EUR 320 million by the end of 2018. Mr. Remon L. Vos, CEO of CTP shared some other good news with us as we have talked about local and regional investment plans of the company.

Viktória Park Logistics Park - located in Üllő, in the South-East agglomeration of Budapest - has found new tenant with the cooperation of JLL. The new tenant, Orbico Hungary Ltd signed a lease agreement for 6000 sq m space including industrial and social areas. The tenant may expand in the future within the park.
