Andrea Pusztai, Associate Director at the Industrial Agency of Colliers International told OGH Nes Agency, that prior the transaction, a long searching and preparational period has taken place. It was essential, that the area could be suited to the requirements of Pilkington AGR Hungary before the planned 2015 Q4 relocation. The approx. 5,000 sq m area contains a warehouse, workshop and office area as well.

The location of the property, the vicinity of M0 ring road and Road 5 and the accessibility by public transportation were all considered to be key factors during the selection phase. With the new tenant, the occupancy level of Lurdy Logisztika Soroksár has almost reached 75%.
