The LogiCube Park has also been awarded the Logistics Park certification.

The second phase, delivered earlier this year, offers 3,800 square metres of Class A warehouse space and 750 square metres of office space. The green solutions and the high technical standards used in the development including a green façade, a heat pump, a heating and cooling system, and a 100 kVA solar panel have elevated its A+ energy rating even further.

New Tenants: MedRes and Kärcher

Part of the logistics facility has already been leased to well-established, reputable tenants, whose presence adds further value to the Park and its business community.

MedRes, a company operating in the healthcare sector, has begun moving in and will soon commence production at the site. The excellent location, along with the availability of production and office space adaptable to its specific requirements, were key factors in its decision.

Kärcher, a globally renowned company and a leading player in the professional cleaning equipment market, has also chosen LogiCube Park as its new 1,000-square-metre service and logistics centre in Hungary. The company now benefits from a strategically important base from which to serve customers in Hungary and the wider region. An industrial showroom and a training centre have also been set up to welcome existing and future partners. The Park's infrastructure and flexible services provide ideal conditions for efficient operations.

Logistics Park Certification

The LogiCube Park was recently awarded Logistics Park certification by the Ministry of National Economy. This official designation not only permits the site to carry out logistics activities, but also acknowledges the property’s high quality, its advantageous geographical location, and excellent service offering. The certification enhances the Park’s appeal to both domestic and international tenants and investors.

Excellent Location

Ideally situated, LogiCube Park offers easy and quick access from Budapest and the M0/M1/M7 motorways, making it an excellent choice for the logistics and office needs of small and medium-sized companies. The site is also well served by public transport, with a nearby train station and bus stop.
1,750 square metres of state-of-the-art warehouse space and 220 square metres of office space are still available. These can be flexibly tailored to individual requirements, offering an ideal solution for businesses seeking a modern, high-end office in close proximity to their logistics centre.

The investor continues to rely exclusively on 108 Real Estate as its strategic partner.
