The HelloParks Páty megapark, which is being built on 108 hectares in the catchment area of Budapest, can accommodate more than 350,000 square meters of industrial developments. The buildings will meet all modern logistics and industrial needs. HelloParks Páty's first, 58,000 square meter, Big Box type PT1 building, that obtained its occupancy permit in July 2023, is the largest single modern industrial facility in the agglomeration of Budapest. The building has obtained the Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category, thus meeting the highest sustainability requirements, which is unparalleled in Hungary. The minimum leasable unit in this warehouse is 3,400 square meters.
