Thanks to our modern buildings and excellent location, we are able to flexibly meet the needs of our clients. Our properties are located in Kecskemét’s prime economic zone, the Eastern Industrial Area, on István Király Boulevard - just a few kilometers from the Mercedes factory, the M5 motorway exit, and the Kecskemét bypass.
Our industrial buildings are accessible by both rail and road, suitable for forklift use, fully modernized, and energy-efficient - making them ideal for both warehousing and manufacturing purposes. Heated and cooled halls are also available upon request. Most of the open areas surrounding the industrial buildings are paved with heavy-duty concrete, making them suitable for outdoor storage, loading, and parking.
Of the available warehouse space, 5,500 square meters can be loaded directly from rail or road vehicles via ramps, allowing for the fast and efficient movement of large volumes of goods. Both sides of the building are accessible by road freight vehicles, making it suitable for use even as a small logistics hub. The ramp-access warehouse is divided into several independent units of 500 and 1,500 square meters, which can be rented separately if required. Thanks to the high-load-capacity, dust-free industrial flooring and the 4.2-meter clear internal height, the warehouses are easily navigable by forklift. The ramp loading areas are covered with canopies, ensuring that goods remain dry during loading and unloading.
We also have a separate, 1,150 square meter warehouse currently available. This unit is exceptionally well insulated with 15 cm-thick sandwich panel cladding. Located directly adjacent to the industrial rail line, it is easily accessible by both train and truck. Efficient goods handling is ensured by two sectional doors, each 6 meters wide and 4 meters high, positioned at either end of the building. The structure is equipped with high-load-capacity, dust-free industrial flooring, and has a clear internal height (eave height) of 4.72 meters. Heating and cooling via heat pump is available upon request.
Social facilities are available in connection with the warehouses, and the safety of our clients is ensured by an alarm and surveillance system. In our renovated, modern, and environmentally friendly office building, offices, meeting rooms, and showrooms are also available for rent, providing a pleasant and contemporary working environment.

Our company is committed to quality, continuous development, and environmental sustainability. Between 2023 and 2025, we significantly improved the thermal insulation of our warehouses and industrial halls, and renovated the roof insulation of our ramp-accessible warehouse. Thanks to our energy upgrades, our buildings are now equipped with state-of-the-art, energy-saving LED lighting systems. Low utility costs are ensured through the use of renewable energy sources. All buildings are heated with heat pumps, while electricity production and efficient energy usage are supported by a solar panel system and corresponding energy storage units.
