SZINPARK: Industrial-Logistics Development by the SZINORG Group

SZINPARK is the SZINORG Group’s industrial-logistics development located in the North-Western Economic Zone of Debrecen, directly adjacent to the BMW plant.

The project's objective is to establish a modern, sustainable, and operations-optimized logistics center designed to support the long-term efficient operations of industrial players.

Phase one of the over 24,000 m² hall development will be completed by Q1 2026, targeting a BREEAM “Excellent” certification while ensuring low operational costs for its partners.

The halls are modular in design, and our rental units (A–D) offer warehouse spaces of 5,000–7,000 m² each, including a 278 m² office and social block. The interior layout can be fully customized based on tenant needs—whether mechanical, electrical, or office solutions.

The building will be suitable for storing product types (e.g., Li-ion cells, batteries) that require specific environmental and fire safety regulations. If additional technical solutions are necessary, they can also be integrated.
