OTP Real Estate Investment Fund has acquired a 35-thousand-square-metre logistics property

Within two months the OTP Real Estate Investment Fund has already added the second logistics property to its portfolio. The 35-thousand-square-metre warehouse complex is located in South-Pest, within the Gyál Business Park, near the M5 motorway and several multinational companies. This has been the biggest transaction of the OTP Real Estate Investment Fund so far in terms of gross floor area.

Citypoint9 found new owner

A successful investment transaction was closed in Q1 2015 in relation to Citypoint9 warehouse and business center. The city logistics type of scheme, situated in an excellent location, was sold by MKB Bank Group to OTP Property Investment Fund. Citypoint9 comprises 23,000 sq m modern warehouse and office area.
